Robocalls, sometimes silence sometimes recording, pressed button to be put me on their do not call list but they still call.
I get 5-6 calls a day from this number. Who are they? No one is ever there, it's just dead air then hang-up.

Same here. They call my office phone once a day, even after being asked to put me on their do not call list. They will. not. stop. Next step is to have our telcom manager block them from the entire campus.
