Who called me from this phone number (315) 320-7884

315-320-7884 one of many separate numbers (RECEIVE ABOUT ONE A DAY) from some sort of travel scam (I am logging the numbers used) did not answered, but when I call back, it has a recording "if calling from CA dial 1 etc"
