I have received numerous calls from this number. The caller always says the same thing regardless if I answer or let the call go to voice mail. The recording says the same as the other comments that are listed here.
This is an IRS scam. Claim to be Investigation Team of IRS. female voice, foreign, broken English. Message is to contact them immediately or will be "arrested by local cops." Obvious scam. Ignore, report on IRS and FTC web sites
