Recording of a man saying: "hello? hello? I'm sorry I think I have a wrong number."

Gist of message recorded on my phone: Computer (repair?) company, (that presumably I've dealt with) is going out of business. Accordingly, said company will return money I've paid them. To get my refund, I must call the 315 number. I assume if I followed thru, I'd be asked for my credit card or bank account number.
