Person was live and talking to somebody else saying "the noise comes right over my shoulder" and I said "That's great. Who is this?" Then he hung up.
call from (315) 258-5055, August 15, 2018, approximately 4 p.m.: some kind of mud-voiced humanoid or maybe primate, hung up when I asked "what do you want"; maybe it didn't understand standard English.
