Who called me from this phone number (315) 219-4634

Keep getting annoying calls each hour from this number. It's out of Herkimer. Never leaves a message! Most likely some scam. I never answer, but am tempted to give a piece of my mind to tell them to knock it off! I am on the DO NOT CALL registry but it's no use. Scammers and Telemarketers still call!
