Given to my girlfriend to "contact a financial manager" from the United States Federal Grant Department. Called them back from a different number just to test them out. Offered my gf a $9000 grant. When pressed for information they hung up.

I am bombarded DAILY from this phone number. I don't and haven't picked up on the most recent flood of them, throughout the day and evening. I let my answering device pick up and my outgoing message plays to near the when the caller hangs up, just before it ends. IT MUST STOP!!!!
