This was a safe call from Mercy Hospital. I could have said no to the survey, but I appreciate a hospital that wants to ensure that their patients are satisfied with their care provider.
Got a call from 314-997-5896. I am on the do not call list.
Same as what I read above- its silly to place a call like this without identifying its purpose from the outset- it was my fathers doctor, and it was pathetic and bothersome- granted if it said what it was would have just hung up- I did not like this at all- there, hows that for a "survey answer"- STOP IT !!!!!

Said it was Mercy hospital survey but when it i was able to make a open statement the survey recording cut off at 1 sec not 1 minute. Makes me wonder what type of info they were trying to steal from my phone while they had me distracted for 5 minutes andwering BS questions.
