If you are "xyz name" please return the call to 1-855-283-9093. If we've reached the wrong number for "xyz name" please disregard this call. thank you. Call did not identify who/what this was referring to, so I did not return the call. If someone wants to talk to me, they will call me themselves.

They do ask for payments over the phone. But to be sure you are talking to the billing department, tell them you will call BJC's billing department directly to make sure the call is not a scammer.
Man claimed to work for BJC and wanted to take billing payment over the phone for an amount I was never charged. Also asked for me to verify my address and dob but he had an old address where I haven't lived for over a year. BJC has all my current info and wouldn't ask for payment over the phone.

That number is a debt collection agency Medical Data Systems, which has a long history of harassment. They called me today and I looked it up. I did not answer, and will not call them back. I do not know why they even called me. If they call again, I will report them.Not wasting my cell minutes on these folks.
