Who called me from this phone number (314) 690-6249

Claims to be collecting for Police Officers, but will not identify the company he works for. Also tried to claim he was a police officer himself, but could not identify what police department he works for. I asked what his peace officer license number was and he said Police officers don't need licenses. The state says otherwise. https://dps.mo.gov/dir/programs/post/licensing.php
