Clearly a scam call from a male with an accent asking various questions.
When they called by the time I reached my phone I missed it and called back. They asked for my mom. Not the first time. credence response management. Accent. Trying to get personal info. They asked to confirm my identity by asking for my address or last 4 digits of social DO NOT GIVE THEM THIS INFO. I already knew who they were ( scammers) because they tried it before except they said my mom's account) which I take of) was in collections. I didn't give them info them. I called the real company directly and they said nope everything is fine. Be careful.
