Said they were a travel company. Did not give details of what the call was concerning. Just wanted me to verify my address.

Received 2 calls in last 10 days or so saying they are from dept of treasury. Then asking to confirm my address. At which point I hung up

Department of Treasury, but want my information provided before they can release any details. Not sure when the Treasury moved from DC to STL, but not giving out anything on the phone these days.

Many states have passed laws limiting the collection of very old debts. That has caused the govt to start trying to collect, before the laws come into effect. In my call, the Navy is trying to collect a $172 debt that they should have billed to insurance in 2013. They called today, asking for the last 4 of my social, but I don't give information on incoming calls, because they could be number spoofing. My credit score is currently 803, highest ever, and it can withstand a debt that will hit the 7 year mark later this month, and therefore will go away because of the FCRA.

PERSON STATES THEY ARE CALLING FROM PHARMACY AND REQUIRE YOUR FULL NAME AND DOB BEFORE TELLING YOU WHO THEY ARE.

Claims to be calling from the Department of the Treasury demanding a return call. Several calls come to my home landline during the day from this number.
