I dialed this number after it showed up on my outgoing call log, and heard "Welcome to the messaging service" - It turns out that it is the number my phone dials when I dial Star99 to check for messages. It is not a robocall or scam after all.
My Spectrum telephone system has been hacked! My phone log is full of outgoing calls which I have not made. There are many random phone numbers from our of state. Most of these calls are from (314) 394-2019.

They are now using this number for return calls with a spoof. When call number on caller id phone records show number forwarded to this number.

same here...i have Spectrum...it seems like they may be to blame. they carry all the info. there is a scam where that says you have a $1500 amazon charge on your card and to call immediately. if you call, they suck you in. the thing is, they know the name of your bank. it happened to me and i ignored it. they nemaed my bank. a friend of mine has a different bank and they knew that. where did they get such information?????
