Who called me from this phone number (314) 207-8358

I have requested that this number company cease calling on five different occasions. This calling has to cease since I am on the "Do Not Call List". However, that list must not be valid since and is a false sense of actually doing something to cease these calls. W/the internet, a search for this company should be possible and once identified, file a lawsuit w/a substantial charge.
