Who called me from this phone number (313) 888-8226

This is Recovery Solutions. Obviously a bill collector. They are very deceptive. We had a Chapter 13 BR and they still kept calling on a debt covered by the BR. That is illegal. My advice. Don’t answer and block their calls.
