I blocked this phone number. Driving me crazy after a call to BC/BS. I want them to quit calling me. It's spam as far as I'm concerned.
I got this twice today. And had contact with BCBSM last 24 hours. NO message left by caller and did not pick up the phone.
Called my cell and left no message.
Received Multiple Calls, BCBSM survey based on my recent use of their customer service to get question answered. Still, nuts to them stop calling after 5pm.

I had reached out to my insurance company which happens to be BC/BS of Michigan about a website issue. The very next day I received a call from this number. Thinking I had missed an important call, I called it back and when the call was answered, there was no identifying greeting, just "Welcome. For assistance in English, press one!" The recording did not mention who it was that I had reached so I reported it to B/C B/S as a spoof call.
