Who called me from this phone number (313) 263-7670

The caller identified himself as a caller from DTE. But how can I be sure? I'm starting with a followup directly with DTE.

Ugh, same call. Same conversation. "Are you happy with DTE services?" and "Has DTE done anything to go avove my expectations of service?" As if they would... I hope I wasn't scammed.

DTE Recorded line

DTE asking about my service. Since it is a recorded line, I do not say "yes" during the conversation in case it is spam and they use my answers from a voice recording for fraud. I have had no outages or calls to DTE that would generally warrant a survey.

Jerks from DTE Energy wanting rating on their service. Have called THREE times in 24 hours. NO permission to call my cell.

3 calls within 2 hours on 2/6/2020. I DO NOT USE MY PHONE DURING THE DAY. FIGURE IT IS SPAM.

I got the same DTE call. He sounded like a robot with pretty good responses. I still think it was a robot and I'm leery about having my voice recorded with the expected answer, "yes". They called at least three times in the last couple days and this time I answered. Weird.

Said he was Jeremy from DTE calling on a recorded line. He asked me if i was happy with DTE and I said yes, I guess so. He then asked me what DTE had done to go above my expectations and I told him nothing. He said have a good day and that was it. He asked for no personal information of any kind at all.
