got a call from 313-225-9000, sent to voice mail. message stated that she is a case manager at BCBS and wanted a call back at 313-488-6491. Did not call back, thought it to be odd that they are calling me and looking for my spouse:/

Since when does BCBS ever call you? Most of the time you can not reach them on your best day. Did not answer it. Block them. Unsolicited either way.
