Scam to get Personal Information
Just received this call today, cdc reference crap. I am not taking to someone I don't know about my health, I don't care who they claim to be. Blocked the number, hopefully that is the end of it.
Got a call from 312-871-4243. I have refused to answer and blocked on my phone but blocking isn't working. Still receiving them. Still not answering them.
Slurred speach was my first red flag, don't trust this number

We are conducting the national immunization survey a nationwide survey about vaccinations for COVID and other diseases affecting adults teens and children. Would you please call us at 1-877-220-4805. The number again is 1-877-220-4805. Thank you.

what they are doing is against the law, let the lawsuit begin - there are also using unlicensed telemarketers in your state- file a complaint
Refuse the survey no matter what they say or ask. Know your rights.
I told them I believe the CDC is a criminal organization. She sounded rather disappointed.
Got a voicemail claiming to be the CDC and requesting I call them back at 1877-220-4805. My PHI will never be something I disclose to anyone that is not a care giver.
Call claiming to be front cdc about national immunizations then want you to call another number
claims to be cdc but leaves voicemail to call another number, known to be spam.
Just block this caller.
I just blocked it in my phone. I'm not happy they have my cell number as I've not provided it to the CDC.

Got a call from (312) 871-4243 at 8:23PM on 8/25/21 and also at 11:35AM on 8/26/21. Each had a banner of "Notification" after I did not pick up. I don't pick up from anyone I don't know. They left no voice mail so it can't be that important to them or it is not a legit call even though someone else suggested it was from the CDC. Usually government agencies don't call soliciting.
The Do Not Call list does not exclude calls from government agencies in the public interest. It also does not prohibit political campaign calls.
I haven't answered and it sounds like there have been mixed results . but after reading another's comment I double checked the number with the CDC and that's where it's coming from.
