Who called me from this phone number (312) 741-0692

I was called from a different 312 number with the offer of a loan, then passed along to "David Jordan" with a decisively East Indian accent [as did all the others who ultimately passed me along to him]. I was told I could get money by giving them my bank account login information. They would deposit money then I was to drive to a CVS or Rite Aid PARKING LOT and return the money to them. I didn't listen beyond that, because it just sounded to shady [and laughable], but I was curious how being in a company's parking lot was going to allow me to return their "verification" money.
