I receive disability insurance due to a severe illness. The person on the other phone stated they were with the National Disability Security office and would help me file any disability notices I needed. I stated I already received disability and they hung up, I called the number back and they hung up on me again. While I may be smart to understand a scam or bad business what if they had reached someone elderly who wasn’t aware of someone who is cognitively challenged? This is horrible!
