Basically if you or your company or Insurance has not extended your reservation they will call you or skip trace people to see if they are related to you , Tom calls and beats around the bush and makes it seem like their was a tragedy but never leaves his full name or gives a reason for calling. Fleet management or Risk management is a cheap name for individuals who are ashamed of their daily duties and low income.
