Who called me from this phone number (312) 481-4135

This was a recorded message telling me that there have been attempts to deliver a package requiring my signature. It then tells me to speak to a representative I must push a number, such as "press 1 for English". The caller never indicates what company they are or any tracking number to identify who/what/when/where. I hung up since I know this is one way telecom fraud can occur (if I press a number). I have received other calls with the same "story" but from other numbers. Caller ID only indicates a number, but no business or name.
