Received the same message. Will NOT call back and leave of my personal information. And I owe nothing. When are these calls going to stop!!!

They said I owe My Cash Now from 2012. I told them I never heard of this place and all my debts were put in my 2015 Bankruptcy. They still want me to pay. I hung up. I believe it was a scam.

just got a voicemail stating that they are mediation company and that they have legal documentation with my SS number and they need me to return their call. if i'm not wrong any type of mediation paperwork from the courthouse stated that there has been a case filed against you with the defendant and plaintive. with who filed the case against you.... Do not fall for this or give any information always know if it a legal issue you will be sent paperwork before any phone call or no phone call at all.

Got a call today saying I had a outstanding pay day debt, wanted me to tell them my name and SSN. Total scam. If it was real they would have that information.

Got a VM, saying I needed to call due to legal papers. Needed to confirm my name and SS . . . As others, I suspect fraud.

Left a message saying it was legal mediation under my social security number

Caller said they are processing legal paperwork. The area code is Illinois

Same thing. Today received a call re a payday loan in 2010 to 2011. I asked the name of the company thsts claiming I owe. She said their client is not original creditor but collects for many companies. I have taken out payday loans but I know they r been paid. Anyway she offered a settlement of 198 pr 399. I said no thank you. Its beyond the statute of limitations to file a civil action in court and to put negative information on my credit even if it were legitimate which I doubt. In addition I'm on social security disability which is exempt from creditors. I called back to see how theyd answer. I must mention they had my phone number, name and last 4 of social when they called me. But when I called them back the 1st time they hung up the 2nd time they man could not pull up anything on my phone last name or last 4 and said to wait til they call back. It's a scam. I'm sure some people will fall for it . And look everyone online says it's a loan from 2010 to 2011.

Received a phone call from this number, 4 times in a row while I was at work. When I called the number back it was for a "mediation and processes" firm and when I told the girl (who said her name was Allison) that she had repeatedly called my phone while I was at work she blamed the autodialer and that it shouldn't call so many times. Then she apologized and said "they told her to get a hold of me ASAP) and when I refused to give my name she said she couldn't tell me anything about what the matter pertained to just that the attorneys in her firm were preparing legal documentation in my name.
