Who called me from this phone number (312) 260-0837

This incredibly rude guy from this number 312-260-0837 called my business number and started harassing me about my internet visibility. I believe he said the company name was "Go". When I politely asked him to check back another time, he rudely hung up after telling me that I had major internet presence problems and that I was try to "make excuses for my failings". I call him back to make sure it was not a generic number at which point he continued to harass me. I am on the do not call registry and hope this guy gets lost for good.
