His name is Eric Delgado and he is shady AF. He runs a call center of employees who harass homeowners.
Says his name is Eric and he just sold a house by me, no real estate company name left. I find these called extremely annoying. Cold calling a person for a listing IMO is spam if someone is going to sell they usually have a realtor in mind. I personally will NEVER call back a realtor who cold calls me.
