Who called me from this phone number (310) 874-7266

Name came in as "Astorga Gabriel". Never heard of him. Didn't answer. No msg left. Called back and number went to voicemail. I didn't leave a message. The scum doing this might have spoofed an innocent person number. But it is an illegal and most likely a scam
