Who called me from this phone number (310) 776-6888

I received two calls in a row, each with the same exact voicemail. The first call was from 805-429-4809. The VM was over a minute long with the sound of a dog somewhere in the background barking. The next call was from 310-776-6888 with the same exact sound on VM. I heard a few seconds of a female speaking Spanish and that's it.
