They’re techs from Samsung. I believe mainly out of warranty stuff. But try to avoid these scum bags. They do horrible work and sometimes won’t even show up and will try to blame customers for not answering on their scheduled dates. Screen record w/audio as soon as you see their number call you. Trust me!
