The voicemail left was by a female clearly speaking American English: "Hello, my name is Caitlin and this is an attempt to establish contact with in regards to a personal business matter that my office is handling. It is important that I speak to you or your power of attorney in regards to this. Please contact our office directly at 855-437-0841.
August, 2020. I had 2 calls from this number. Heavy Indian accents reading right off of a script and both calls I could not understand pronunciation of half of what they were saying . They left only a reference number. I did call back and they did have the name of one of my clients but I did not confirm or deny and refused to give them a fax number that they requested. I said that I had no idea who they were and that of course I would not provide a total strangers with information under any circumstances. They didn't ask for my address and I stated that Aetna already has my info and the only response I will give is via a direct request from Aetna. Big scam and shame on Aetna if they are actually using a source like this to do their work. They are not protecting the rights of their clients if indeed that is the case. They called me from 310-627-0675 and asked me to return a call to 209-229-3563 with only a reference number. Hope this helps someone in case they get similar call. I have saved their recorded messages and have blocked their numbers.
Same as comments above-called, very rapid speech with possible Indian accent and I only caught request for callback (number given different from number on caller id) about medical records and gave reference #.

310-627-0675 Heavy accent, difficult to understand. Not sure what the caller wanted, except a call back. Even gave a "reference" number and gave a toll free number to call: 855-874-1852
