Has called me and my coworker hundreds of times in the past year. If we answer they do not answer. If we do not answer they leave a voicemail, or two, or three that are either empty, a TV, child, or woman in the vackground, or "Ueka Elvis Oparacha 310-531-3514" and recently added "email ioparacha@yahoo.com." I once answered with "Hello Mr. Ueka Elvis Oparacha" and simply received a "yes" before they hung up. Very annoying, filling up my voicemail fast and always calls in the early morning or midnight with occasional daytime calls.
