Who called me from this phone number (309) 360-9470

I use a screening service on my phone and this is the message that was left: billed card attached to your amazon account the amount to charge to $1099.99 we know it comes suspicious activity on your account so we have put on hold it's transaction please press one now and for report press.... then the call disconnected. There are no cards attached to my Amazon account and the grammar is horrible so I'm sure it's a scam of sorts.
