Got a call from "Linda" who said she was calling about a medical device recall, this is a Red Flag and Do Not Be Fooled, the legitimate contact would be through the US Mail, not some mumbling call center woman who is giving you a case number or asking for your "Personal Information". Don't give her your name, number, or your email address, she is trolling for your information.
Message received on 11/19/2020, 11:33AM (CST). Length 53 seconds. Message: "I'm calling concerning an urgent Field Safety Notification that you should have received around March 2020. Please return my call as soon as possible at 1-888-225-1112 and give the reference ID number 62113852. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Again our number is 1-888-225-1112. Please reference ID number 62113852. Any agent will be able to assist you thank you." The voice that gave out the "reference ID" was significantly louder/clearer than the garbled voice that was giving the main recorded message.
Called at 8AM about a non-existent medical device. Left detailed call back request.
Called at 9 am, said he was calling about a medical device correction. I don't use any medical devices and hung up. They called me back 4 times over the course of 2 hours
Vulgar caller, said he had drugged a woman and had her in the house with him. Police notified.
