Who called me from this phone number (308) 221-8028

Been getting calls from this number with 'Am Heart Assoc' on the caller I.D. since about Thanksgiving 2018. We let machine answer. Can hear robocall speil during the outgoing message and after the beep we usually hear a voice, usually a guy's voice, say 'hello?' once or twice then they hang up. Irritating for sure.
