Who called me from this phone number (307) 207-9931

I received a call from this number today and they said they were calling about the debt on two of my CC cards, then asked me if I was still using them which I refused to answer in any way. She told me they can pay off the debt from two of my credit cards why wouldn't I tell her if I was still using them? I told her there is no Santa Claus when it comes to Credit card debt being paid off. She said, what makes you think that? I hung up.
