The call is advertising and We are a Federal Government Agency

This company states they are a secondary prescription insurance blah blah blah trying to sell you topical pain creams. They state you have filled out an online survey about having pain issues. I have no pain issues and never have filled out a pain survey on line.

Robo call from Affordable Life Insurance. They stated that my life insurance is expiring or could be replaced by an affordable option.
