He said he was with Microsoft and said his name is James Miller from Germany with accent, but it is some other accent that I don't recognize. He blocked the icons on the bottom of the screen. When I tried to log into my bank account he started laughing on the laptop microphone and said he was a mean guy and was going to steal my money.
I haven't answered any of the calls and have blocked.
