Got unwanted call from 305-713-1145?

He (thick accent) said he is calling for "AT&T Business Department", but when I asked if he worked directly for AT&T or just a business provider obo AT&T, he repeated that he is in the "AT&T Business Department" and would not directly answer yes or no both times I asked. When I stated we have someone we work with directly at AT&T and to remove us from their call list, he asked "why". I restated the above.
