Who called me from this phone number (305) 666-6511

Received a voicemail message "for the parents of *child's first name* this is Laura from Waco Children's Hospital....informing me of the "total due $462.17..." Of course, I do not live in Waco or the state of Texas, and have no children and do not know of any person with this *childs name*. The other red flag is the request to call Laura back if there are any "questions or concerns" but she does not provide the telephone number.
