This # is a closed Apple Store so the scammers are making it seem like it is from an Apple store. I also played along but was hung up on when I did not say what they wanted to hear. SCAM. 100%

Although it's obviously a scam, I played along with the electronic voice on their recording and was sent to customer service. Got someone with a heavy middle eastern accent, which isn't surprising and not necessarily consistent with a scam, but a lot of scams do come from that part of the world. She gave her name and I asked where she was physically located. She said Cupertino, CA. Of course, this a Miami number. When I thanked her for helping me test the software that has recorded her exact position with satellite coordinates, she no longer wished to talk to me.
