Said hello twice no one said anything then all of a sudden my phone went black and I could not recover it. I forced my phone off and took the SIM card out. The phone slowly powered up but I had already looked for my old iPhone to put the SIM card in. I don't know what they did but I will never answer my phone again not knowing the number.
