This company (WinSupport 247) masqueraded as a Microsoft technical support company. They falsely stated they found a virus on my computer and that they would install software on my computer to fix it. Then, they billed me over $1,400. I'm currently working with a good friend of mine in law enforcement to trace and prosecute this company.
