Who called me from this phone number (305) 302-3302

Insurance telemarketer, said she was with US Health Advisors. Gave the name of Teresa Mederos. After I asked her to please take me off their list and stop calling... I'd received a number of calls.... She then began bombarding me with harassing texts. I of course blocked that number, then received a bunch of calls & texts from "rollover" numbers.
