Answered, got robo recording, hung up. Spam.
I already had them blocked, but they left a VM stating that due to COVID their office has been authorized to offer a 50% discount to settle my accounts.
"The Office Of", that's all that showed up on my Caller ID, I Immediately Blocked the Number, then did a Search, all to come to find out I made the Right Choice. This Number had Tried calling back 4 Times within 3 days, which they Immediately are Disconnected, These Calls coming in at the same time as the "Fraternal Order of Police", also showing as a Local 304 Area Code caller. I find most of these Local Area Code Numbers are based out of California,, Somebody Put a STOP to this F'n Madness..!!! There Should be LAWS In Place to STOP the HARASSMENTS..!
Same as others..."regarding a matter in our office they are pursuing governing within the laws of your state". When it gets to the 'complaint number' they hang up.

This phone number appeared on a scam email claiming I had purchased AVG professional malware protection software for $384, and that this amount had been charged to my credit card. This is a phishing attempt to get my card information to process a "refund" for the product I did not purchase.
