Who called me from this phone number (304) 820-0735

I received a call from this # this evening. A woman with an accent said our conversation was being recorded, asked for my husband, then spoke with me, saying it was collections calling for Synchrony Bank regarding a 119-day past-due payment. We just made a payment about 10 days ago, and it's documented. I relayed this to the woman, and told her to mail me hard-copies of the info for my review. Then, I hung up.
