Who called me from this phone number (304) 451-1633

This is most likely spam. Not only was it an unwanted call, they made the call at 8:13 am. I thought it was a family member, and I jokingly answered with "What do you want"? Funny, guy got on phone and asked for hubby and I hung up. I think they are coming up with number similar to those people associated with people you know.
