Who called me from this phone number (304) 367-3000

Elizabeth D said she was with Mon Power and wanted to know about one of my rental properties. I told her to call from a Mon Power number and I would talk to her or send me info by mail. I was talking to her since this came up as a home phone. It is possible that this isn't even the right person and the spoofed the number.
