I called the number back. the person stated I was being sued by Bally's total Fitness, they had the last 4 of my social & a address I lived at several years ago but I have never done business with Ballys
I have recieved SEVERAL calls stating that legal actions being pursued for someone that is not me nor a member of my household. If the individual doesnt reply, they will be investigated by the county. Im sick of these annoying calls.
Harrassing call from this # asking that my spouse respond or they will pursue other action. I don't believe them.
