Woke me out of bed at 7:08 AM. Raced to the phone expecting to hear an emergency only to hear a robo call: "Hi, this is Donna from credit services. If you still owe $4000 press 1 to find out how you can lower your interest rate." I never have had any kind of debt and don't know why I get these calls 5 - 8 times per day for 9 years. I held the line waiting to tell someone off. Instead, I only heard music, and after 10 minutes, I gave up and hung up. Why can these places make phone calls at that hour when they don't even hire anyone to take the call for anyone who might be interested? Please, some elected official must find a way to stop this harassment. I phoned the number and was told that their mailbox is full. How can anyone phone them who might be interested? How can they be forced to stop calling us? As Sugarloaf recorded back in the early '70's "Don't call us, we'll call you." I once kept a live person on the line for 13 minutes. She said that she was a debt collector. I replied, "Oh good. It's about time that you called. Uncle Charlie died in the bathtub 2 weeks ago and he really is a nuisance by getting in the way every time that we try to take a shower. When can you come and collect him?" She kept trying to convince me that she was not a "dead collector", but instead a "debt collector". I pretended that I couldn't understand her and strung her along for an amazing 13 minutes!

Called at 7:04 this morning and woke me up; answered as it was so early and figured some emergency, however No One even there!!!

12/20/17 7:00 am I received this call that uses different phone numbers. I pushed 1 to talk to a representative. I waited and waited no answer. I figure they was at work yet. I'm sick and tired of this company

Called and woke up my ill husband at 7am (FL)

Called at 6:55 this AM - didn't answer but now I see all of these other complaints from this morning as well. Seems to me that they are in serious violation and need to get it together.

It called about 7:40 am 12/20/17. It was a robocall about getting rid of credit card debt. I'm blocking the number.

Called at 7:37am - obviously a violation of calling during non-business hours 8am-9pm. didn't answer

Called me 0657 EST, no voicemail.

(304)244-0931 called me at 7:37 am 12/20/2017 and offered reducing the credit card debt. It was robocall.

Called this morning at 7:10 I thought must be urgent. After 3 hello's they hung up. I tried to call back answering machine full. NEEDS TO BE REPORTED
