Absolutely a scam, many of the above posts are likely the scammers. The pitch is claim there is a tax lien and they can help you out. They are utilizing either public or stolen data. Stay away!
Received a call from this company explaining there was a Tax Lien filled against me. I looked into it and they were right there had been a Lien filled against me. I never even go a letter from the IRS and that debt was already collecting penalties and interest. If it wasn't for them I would of been in a much worst spot then I was already in. After looking into there background I realized that there 20 years of experience could help me find a way out from underneath this tax debt. They were able to remove $20,000 in penalties and interest and get me a $150 a month payment plan. In 4 years I will be past the 10 year Statue that the IRS has for collecting tax debt. So another $30,000 will be knocked off. When it's all said and down I'll of only paid $30,000 of my $85,000 tax debt. Kudos to Heartland Tax Solutions for helping me beat the IRS.
Called and left voicemail - I called back thinking it was a scam but I was wrong. I checked out Heartland Tax and found out there one of the highest rated Tax companies. And the person I spoke was so nice and explained to me what my options were regarding my taxs. If there were only more companies like them.
Got a call from this number spoke to levi who was very nice to me. He explained why he had called me it was about a tax lien from the IRS. Thank goodness he called me I had no idea about the lien and lucky for me I was able to get ahead of it before any bank levies or garnishments from the IRS. Levi walked me through how Heartland could protect my assets and any aggressive actions taken by IRS. I hired them that day and they were able to resolve my case with in 90 days. I'm glad I called back that day. Heartland literally saved my bussiness from having to be shut down. They were able to get me on an affordable payment plan thar worked for me.
